Incorporated Village of Shoreham

Motor Vehicles

Sec. 38.

Every person operating a motor vehicle on the public highways or street of this village shall drive the same in a careful and prudent manner, and

  1. twenty-five (25) miles per hour is hereby established as the maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed within the corporate limits of this village on the following highways:

    1. Briarcliff Road,
    2. Woodville Landing Road.

  2. thirty (30) miles per hour is hereby established as the maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed within the corporate limits of this Village on all other highways within said Village.

Any violation hereof shall subject the offender to a fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty dollars.
