Local Laws and Ordinances

No motor vehicle shall be permitted to park on any off street portion of any property owned or maintained by the Village of Shoreham except as follows:

1. Motor vehicles may be parked on such property owned by the Village of Shoreham provided that said vehicle shall be marked by or have attached thereto a Village identification sticker issued by the Village of Shoreham, and provided further that said parking shall only be permitted
   1. between the southerly side of Briarcliff Road and the Village tennis courts;

   2. between the northerly side of Briarcliff Road and the wooden fence to the north thereof opposite the Village tennis courts;

   3. between the easterly side of Woodville Road and the Village tennis courts, or

   4. on the designated areas in the Village Beach parking lot at the northerly end of Woodville Road. Any person violating this ordinance shall be subject to fines in accordance with Section 46 (5) of the Shoreham Village Ordinances.
